ABOUT US
-
We act as an extension of your team, handling the sales and business operations that often fall through the cracks – from nurturing new leads to following up on missed sales and re-engaging past prospects. Think of us as your most consistent team member: reliable, always on, and focused on turning opportunity into revenue so you can focus on running your studio.
-
Sales is a specialized skill, and it's rarely a GM or front desk staff member's main focus – they're often stretched thin across operations, client experience, and retention. Our team is dedicated entirely to sales and lead management, backed by years of fitness and wellness industry experience across hundreds of studios. Instead of adding another hire to train and manage, you get a ready-to-go expert who plugs directly into your existing systems.
-
A marketing agency typically focuses on campaigns, ads, and top-of-funnel visibility to generate interest in your brand. We focus on what happens after that interest is generated – nurturing leads, following up on missed sales, and converting prospects into members. While we do offer services like grassroots and email marketing, our core service is sales and conversion, working as an embedded part of your team rather than an outside vendor running campaigns.
-
Software and automation tools can send templated messages, but they can't build genuine relationships with your leads. Our account managers have real conversations, adapt to each prospect's questions and hesitations, and represent your brand's unique voice – something automation simply can't replicate. We work within your existing CRM or booking platform, so you get the human touch layered on top of the systems you already use.
Services & Solutions
-
Yes – our packages are fully customizable. Services include lead management, member management, social fishing, grassroots marketing, email marketing, consulting, KPI analysis and more. Every studio is different, so we build a package around where you need the most support rather than a one-size-fits-all bundle.
-
When a new lead comes in, the studio’s dedicated account manager begins nurturing that relationship right away, reaching out by both text and phone to meet the prospect wherever they're most responsive – all with the goal of building a personal connection before they ever set foot in the studio. If a lead doesn't respond right away, the follow-up doesn't stop there: The Sales Arms keeps the cadence going for 30+ days, making sure no opportunity slips through the cracks.
-
If a sale is missed for any reason – a prospect didn't show, wasn't ready to commit, or simply needs more follow-up – your account manager will circle back to re-engage and work toward closing it. Nothing falls through the cracks; every missed opportunity gets tracked and revisited as part of our ongoing lead management process.
WORKING WITH US
-
We work with all kinds of fitness and wellness businesses – from single-location studios to large franchise groups, across virtually every modality. If you're running a boutique fitness or wellness business and want more consistent sales & marketing support, chances are we can help.
-
The Sales Arms tends to be the best fit for owners who want a true partner in growing their business and are open to collaborating with us during onboarding so we can represent their brand well. We may not be the right fit for studios looking for a fully hands-off, "set it and forget it" solution with no input from their team, since our best results come from close collaboration with you.
-
Our goal is for the answer to be no. During onboarding, we take time to learn your brand voice, tone, and what makes your studio unique so we can represent you authentically. Your dedicated account manager becomes a true ambassador for your brand, not just a generic outsourced rep.
-
We work directly within the CRM and booking software you already use – including platforms like Mindbody, Mariana Tek, Loyalsnap, LoopSpark and more. There's no need to switch systems or ask your team to learn something new.
-
Onboarding is a collaborative process where we learn your brand voice, systems, and goals directly from you. We'll set up access to your CRM, align on processes, and get your dedicated account manager(s) integrated into your workflow. Timelines vary based on the scope of services, but we move efficiently to get you seeing value quickly.
-
Each service you use is supported by its own dedicated account manager – for example, your lead management account manager is separate from your social fishing account manager – so you have specialized expertise across every area. If your account manager is out sick or on vacation, there will always be another rep fully trained and ready to take the reigns. Every account manager is also backed by a hands-on leadership team, so there's always continuity of support, even if a team member is briefly unavailable.
-
We don't promise specific outcomes, since results depend on factors like your market, modality, and starting point – but we track KPIs closely and provide visibility into performance throughout our partnership. Many of our clients have seen strong membership and revenue growth.
PACKAGES & PRICING
-
Pricing is flat-rate and customized based on the specific services and level of support your studio needs. Because every package looks different, the best next step is a discovery call where we can learn about your goals and provide an accurate quote.
-
No – our standard agreements are month-to-month, so you're never locked in. That said, we do offer discounted rates for studios who commit to longer terms if you know you want ongoing support.
-
Our standard service hours are Monday through Friday, 8:30am-7:00pm in your studio's local time. Weekend coverage is available as an add-on if that's important for your lead flow.
