We create custom text message marketing campaigns that generate a monthly average conversion rate of 30%. Our team follows up with first-time clients, missed sales & clients with low class credits. When leads generated increase, the contact points increase and vice versa. This includes calls, emails and texts.

Marketing Protection

Our high attention to detail in lead management will protect your marketing dollars. We make sure no leads fall through the cracks and are worked efficiently. We will also analyze the quality of the leads from your third party.

We close the line of communication and increase accountability by bringing your entire team and ours into a private slack channel. Our team offers 20-hour customer service. We act as the liaison between you and your clients taking care of all their daily needs to ensure they are motivated and continuing to book classes. TSA will stay on top of your current members, ensuring they are happy, continuing to book their next classes & renewing their membership. This creates a lifelong fan of your studio and helps fight attrition.

Handling Cancellations & Freezes

TSA will handle cancellation and freeze requests in an effort to save members.

In-Studio Staff Training (2-day process)

  • A member of the TSA upper management team will come to your studio and train the GM and support staff in the sales process.

Five days a week, TSA utilizes social media channels like Instagram & Facebook to search for & convert leads – creating relationships through direct messages, leads will book 90% of the time.

Email Marketing

TSA will handle your email marketing campaigns from creating the assets to be sent out to scheduling the email blasts. This includes organizing & segmenting your email list to separate leads from members, who opened which email, etc – all to enhance the personal experience each recipient receives.

Grassroots Marketing

  • TSA works with your GM to set up B2B Cross Promo Events, Corporate Partnerships (ambassador program), Residential Partnerships, Community Events (local 5k, health fair, street fair), Membership Perks & Member Socials.

  • TSA handles all marketing flyers used for Grassroots purposes, creating a flyer & unique QR code for each partnership.

  • TSA will create a sales business card for you and your team
